N2Mplus is a free Windows software program that is designed to help users of Mplus convert Excel and SPSS files into Mplus-compatible datasets and syntax.

N2Mplus is known to work with Mplus versions 4.21 and 5.0.

For a demonstration of N2Mplus, please see the video to the right. This video demonstrates in detail how to use N2Mplus to convert an Excel data file into Mplus-compatible data and syntax.

Using a simple three-step process, N2Mplus will allow you to create not only an Mplus-compatible data file, but also the Mplus syntax for using that data file!
